Please ensure you have your 'reset password' details to hand. You will need the two questions and answers you gave when you first accessed the system and completed the registration process.

In order to reset you password:

Step 2:
* Enter the surname of one of the licence holders



Step 3:
Enter the business registration number (BRN) of the shop. Check your licence for the BRN. If there is no BRN on the licence for your shop, then do not enter anything in the field below.
